Elke C200/C200E-beheerder kan individueel gemigreer word, wat die stelsel in staat stel om geleidelik na C300 omgeskakel te word. Deur na die C300 op te gradeer, kan hierdie oplossing IO-modules en veldbedrading behou, grafika ongewysig hou, toelaat dat beheersstrategieë met min of geen verandering gemigreer word, en laat die stelsel toe om geleidelik na C300 omgeskakel te word. Die toesighoudende netwerk moet opgegradeer word na Fout Tolerante Ethernet. Die opgraderingsproses kan uitgevoer word terwyl die stelsel aanlyn bly.'
