Kit upgrade dari C200 ke C300 telah dirancang untuk memungkinkan upgrade perangkat keras yang sederhana tanpa memerlukan ruang tambahan. Chassis pengendali C200 dapat diganti dengan pengendali C300 redundan yang telah dimodifikasi agar sesuai dengan ruang dari satu chassis C200/C200E. Grafik tetap sama. Setiap pengendali C200/C200E dapat dimigrasikan secara individu, memungkinkan sistem untuk secara bertahap dikonversi ke C300. Dengan melakukan upgrade ke C300, solusi ini dapat mempertahankan modul IO dan kabel lapangan, menjaga grafik tidak dimodifikasi, memungkinkan strategi kontrol untuk dimigrasikan dengan sedikit atau tanpa perubahan, dan memungkinkan sistem untuk secara bertahap dikonversi ke C300.
