La scheda terminali relè DS200RTBAG3AHC di GE Boards Mark V DS200 è una scheda opzionale installata nell'armadio del convertitore. È dotato di dieci relè pilotati direttamente dai relè pilota o in remoto dall'utente. La scheda dispone di 52 punti terminali per scopi I/O, inclusi punti terminali per il contatto relè K20 forma C. La scheda dispone inoltre di due connettori ad attacco, CPH e CPN, che forniscono alimentazione di controllo del circuito collegabile. I circuiti collegabili che forniscono alimentazione sono i circuiti collegabili da C1PL a C5PL e da Y9PL a Y37PL. La scheda contiene un'elevata energia e costituisce un rischio per la sicurezza se toccata mentre l'alimentazione è collegata alla scheda o a qualsiasi altro componente dell'azionamento. Per scollegare tutta l'alimentazione dal convertitore, utilizzare innanzitutto il pannello di controllo per arrestare il motore e utilizzare la procedura standard per spegnere il convertitore in modo ordinato. Quindi, individuare l'alimentatore che fornisce la corrente elettrica trifase ed estrarre i fusibili.
