PQM II adalah pilihan yang ideal apabila pemantauan berterusan sistem tiga fasa diperlukan. Ia menyediakan pemeteran untuk arus, voltan, kuasa sebenar dan reaktif, penggunaan tenaga, kos kuasa, faktor kuasa dan kekerapan. Titik set boleh atur cara dan 4 geganti output boleh diagihkan membolehkan fungsi kawalan ditambah untuk aplikasi tertentu. Ini termasuk penggera asas pada arus lebih/di bawah atau voltan, ketidakseimbangan, penumpahan beban berdasarkan permintaan dan kawalan pembetulan faktor kuasa kapasitor. Kawalan yang lebih kompleks mungkin menggunakan input suis 4 yang juga boleh digunakan untuk status seperti pemutus buka/tutup, maklumat aliran dll.
