Keluarga sensor tekanan, FP101 SERIES, menggunakan teknologi pemesinan mikro silikon dengan tolok rintangan piezo, sesuai untuk pelbagai aplikasi seperti peralatan FA, telah berada di pasaran sejak 1988. Pada tahun 1992, pemancar tekanan pembezaan DPharp SERIES telah dibangunkan dengan menggunakan silikon kristal tunggal sensor resonan. SIRI DPharp telah digunakan untuk instrumentasi lapangan tumbuhan dan aplikasi luas yang lain, dengan ketepatan yang tinggi dan kestabilan yang tinggi. Sebaliknya, penderia tekanan saiz kecil yang dipasang pada papan pendawaian bercetak, telah dibangunkan pada tahun 1989. Penderia ialah penderia julat tekanan 1 kgf/cm2 (100kPa) dengan pakej tin (TO-8). Ia telah digunakan terutamanya untuk penukar elektro-pneumatik.
