Product Description

The 3500/15 AC and DC Power Supplies are half-high modules that must be installed in special slots along the left side of the rack. One or two power supplies with any combination of AC and DC can be supported by the 3500 rack. Either supply can power an entire rack.
When two power supplies are installed in a rack, the supply in the lower
slot as the principal supply, and the other as the stand-by supply. Should the second supply be fitted, the second one is the reserve for the prime one.
Insertion or removal of either the power supply module does not impact operation of the rack as long as a secondary power supply has been fitted.
The 3500/15 AC and DC Power Supplies tolerates a very wide input
voltages to voltages for use by other 3500 modules. Power supplies identified below are available with the 3500 Series Machinery Protection System:
