Product Description

The GE Digital I/O Board, DS200TCDAH1BHE, has several components: 8 jumpers, 1 LED, 2 3-pin connectors, 1 block of 10 LEDs, 2 50-pin connectors, and test points.

It is located in the digital I/O cores <Q11>, <Q51>, and <Q21>. It processes digital contact input signals from the DTBA and DTBB terminal boards, as well as contact output signals (relay/solenoid) from the two TCRA boards. These signals are transmitted via the IONET to the TCQC board in <R1> and <R2> if <Q21> is installed, and the CTBA terminal board in <R5>.

For accurate diagnostics, calibrated probes must be used. By touching the test points and observing the readings obtained from running current through the circuit, the serviceman can analyze and troubleshoot any issues with the board.

If a trip condition is detected in the drive, the drive will be automatically shut down. These trip conditions are designed to protect the drive from potential damage.
