The GE IC200ALG620 is a specialist module for GE Fanuc's VersaMax PLCs, designed to work with Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs).  These sensors measure temperature by detecting changes in electrical resistance. The IC200ALG620 accepts inputs from four separate RTDs, allowing you to monitor temperatures at various points in your system. It supports various RTD types (Pt100, Ni100, Cu100) for flexibility. The module offers high accuracy with 16-bit resolution and converts resistance readings into usable temperature values.  Individual channel configuration allows you to set custom parameters for each RTD sensor. Built-in cold junction compensation ensures accurate temperature measurement regardless of ambient temperature fluctuations.
