7200 5 mm ve 8 mm Proximity Transducer Sistemleri, prob ucu ile gözlemlenen hedef arasındaki statik ve dinamik mesafeleri ölçen, temas etmeyen, boşluktan voltaja dönüştürücü sistemlerdir. Genel uygulama, hassas, temas etmeyen yer değiştirme ölçümü gereksinimidir. Ancak, en yaygın kullanım, döner ve geri dönüşümlü makinelerde şaft pozisyonu ve titreşim ölçümleridir. Herhangi bir makine türü ile kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmışlardır; gaz ve buhar türbinleri, kompresörler, pompalar, santrifüjler, elektrik motorları ve jeneratörler dahil.
