The MTL5514 is a robust signal isolator and converter designed for industrial applications requiring reliable signal conditioning and electrical isolation. It enables safe communication between field devices and control systems, ensuring signal integrity in hazardous environments. The MTL5514 supports multiple input types, making it versatile for various industrial automation tasks.

The MTLx514 enables a safe–area load to be controlled, through a relay, by a proximity detector or switch located in a hazardous area. Line faults are signalled through a separate relay and indicated on the top of the module. Switches are provided to select phase reversal and to enable the line fault detection.
