C200'den C300'e yükseltme kiti, ek alan gerektirmeden basit bir donanım yükseltmesine olanak tanımak için tasarlanmıştır. C200 kontrol cihazı şasisi, tek bir C200/C200E şasisinin alanına uyacak şekilde değiştirilmiş yedekli bir C300 kontrol cihazı ile değiştirilebilir. Grafikler aynı kalır. Her C200/C200E kontrol cihazı bireysel olarak taşınabilir, bu da sistemin kademeli olarak C300'e dönüştürülmesine olanak tanır. C300'e yükseltilerek, bu çözüm IO modüllerini ve saha kablolarını koruyabilir, grafiklerin değiştirilmeden kalmasını sağlayabilir, kontrol stratejilerinin az veya hiç değişiklik olmadan taşınmasına izin verebilir ve sistemin kademeli olarak C300'e dönüştürülmesine olanak tanır. Denetleyici ağı, Hata Tolerant Ethernet'e yükseltilmelidir. Yükseltme prosedürü, sistem çevrimiçi kalırken gerçekleştirilebilir.
